发帖数: 1987 | 3 可以argue，我7月1日凌晨1点在网上下单的两张机票，出账单时候transaction date
显示6/30（可能网站系统时钟不是东部时间），post date 7/5， 结果少了30几rebate
，打电话去以后，过了几周他们手动给我了5%,加上原来的1%，相当于拿了6%回扣。
另有可能你看到的不是三个月的回扣，而是一个月的回扣，前两个月的可能在之前的账单里，你再仔细算算。而且你最好搞清楚哪几笔给了，哪几笔没给，他们investigate的时候也可以有目标。

This is the first time I saw the quarter reward, which shows up one month
after previous quarter. For each month, 1% + 10 points were always correctly
put. The $1500 cap should not be reached. Anyway, I will call them to find
out.
I need to find out the contact number though.

账单里，你再仔细算算。而且你最好搞清楚哪几笔给了，哪几笔没给，他们

中有一个还很mean，和她半天之后我觉得她不管用，而且啥都不懂，就说帮我转
supervisor，她哈哈一笑，说，我等你这句话很久了 |

be credited in the next one or
two statements. And it did show up in the next statement!
