发帖数: 84 | 1 收到催债公司的信 是医疗账单，$183. 去年的service，但是之前我的保险公司没有付
钱，我一直没收到账单，后来收到了，我和保险公司对了一下，发现医院账单和保险公
司的EOB不一样。我要求保险公司调查，如果确实该我付钱，我就会付的，保险公司调
查需要30天，医院也知道这个。我前几天寻思着调查结束，一直打电话给保险公司问这
个事情，上周终于弄清楚了我自己需要付这个，于是就把payment寄给医院了。平信寄
的。
结果今天收到collections company的信：
this is to advise the above captioned has called upon our services with
reference to your account.
For proper credit, please return the bottom portion of this letter with
payment.
Unless you notify this office within 30 days after receiving this notice
that you dispute the validity of this debt or any notice, this office will
assume this debt is valid. If you notify this office in writing 30 days from
receiving this notice, this office will: obtain verification of the debt or
obtain a copy of a judgment and mail you a copy of such judgment or
verification. If you request this office in writing 30 days after receiving
this notice, this office will provide you with the name and address of the
original creditor, if different from the current creditor. This is an
attempt to collect a debt and any information will be used for that purpose.
收到这封信是不是就代表credit report已经有不良记录了？还有怎么查看免费的
credit report呀？
我的记录一直很好，马上准备贷款，这样是不是就影响信用记录了呀。还有听说如果已
经付钱了，就没办法找collections company remove不良记录了。如果还没付钱，还可
以以此为条件让他们remove。那我现在应该怎么办呢？怎么样argue呢？
