我仔细一看，我上传了10万miles，他们只给reserve了5万，就打电话去complain， 他
们说是他们失误了，但是没办法改了，还一个劲道歉，What the hell!!!
这种情况怎么处理，还能找谁去complain，他们居然就道个歉就完了？我看网上对他们
的抱怨挺多的。 不甘心被他们这么捉弄。 |

他们的customer service实在太差了,如果不是因为这个里程, 建议大家不要用他家,刚
查了一下网上的抱怨一大堆.

发帖数: 122 | 5 不知道呀，我当初打电话问到底reserve了多少，他们死活不告诉我，让我等email，
结果昨天晚上等到了，发现只给match了5万， 打电话给他们问，他们就非常傲慢的道
歉，说不能再改了。
不知道别人是否也有这个问题，还是就我自己。
