Free - Discover card to cash withdrwal (paypal required) plus earn rewards
Discover has introduced new send money now service through paypal which is
free to use and money is deposited directly into recepient's paypal account
which can then be withdrawn (only recepient needs to have paypal account).
This money counts as purchase and regular APR applies, you will also earn
regular rewards on the transfer.
Daily limit: $400, monthly limit: $1000
No fees associated with discover card to paypal transfer and withdrawl at
paypal has also been free if you use direct deposit. I saw this option of
send money on their mobile application and thought it was worth posting.

我的一张卡只有3500的CL，但是monthly可以1500刀
另一张有9500CL，但monthly只有500刀
