button and received a phone from CSR to ask me the reason, i confirmed with
her this requestment is not a hard pull, finally i read through the credit
report and found it's true, that's not a hard pull.

Hmm that's weird, because when I called in to check with csr I was told
both phone call and online requests will be hard pull, so I did not
proceed.

CSR told me my case would be soft
You can ask before letting them pull
if you use online button then u lose the flexibility..
it is possible that it depends on cl
someones says soft 1k->5k, hard 5k->higher

注意不要让credit太低就可以了。
我觉得credit只要正常的使用，该申请就申请，总是够用的。我看版上现在对hard啊
soft啊太过注重了，都忘了这么斤斤计较到底目的是什么，credit高一点低一点有没有
实际意义。
