3.开电力公司账户。我原来是txu的用户。我当时收到offer是开energy plus账户给
continental debit card 持卡人1w点，每个月还有按电费double的mileage，并且第一
个月半价。一般用户是给7500 mile.三个月后拿到bonus就可以随时关掉账户，这时候
switch到其他的电力公司还可以再拿一次开户bonus,我就又拿了txu的300的开户bonus
。应该每个人只能搞一次。 | a*********k
