The outlook account will be terminated.
Can I download all the emails, inbox and outbox, to my local computer?

如果是IMAP类型，不管你在哪里，用哪个电脑，重新装好outlook，set up好密码所获
得的信息，包括inbox, sent,等都是一样的，相当于直接访问server。
如果你公司用的是POP3协议则没办法，重新装好outlook进去只能接收最新的没收过的
邮件，sent box里面也是零。因为pop3不能访问server，只能是针对该台机器的内容。
用的哪种协议可以从你现在outlook帐号设置里面看到。

发帖数: 259 | 4 tools -> account settings -> Data Files -> Add...
then drag all or selected mails/folders to your newly created archive.
you will need outlook at home to look open .pst |
