Bonus/Account Information - Offer not available to existing Chase checking

account within 90 days. To receive the bonus: 1) open a new qualifying Chase

bearing checking accounts, the Annual Percentage Yield (APY) effective as of

variable and may change. Fees may reduce earnings on the account. You can
only receive one checking account-related bonus per calendar year. If your
checking account is closed within six months, we will deduct the bonus
