的确是一分钱的手续费也没有的
其他情况那15刀真不好免。。。

至少$15。
不过，ally收到钱后，ACH到需要的银行倒是比较方便

Opening an account and immediately receiving international wires will most
likely raise a red flag thanks to Patriot Act. There is another layer of
complication since Ally is an internet bank if you run into troubles.

完全免费的，电话问清楚了
但是你说的那个Patriot Act，要求我用这个卡一段时间才能开始initial incoming
