yesterday I called the csr to add an authorized user, and was told that it
may trigger a hard pull of the account holder credit score. also she asked
the ssn of the person I wanted to add.
Is that normal for a charge card? Or the csr fooled me?
Anybody has similar experiences?

My friend wants to buy a new computer and are interested in the extended
warranty by AMEX. She does not have any AMEX card and does not want to apply
one. I was told that master card also provide the extended warranty?
anybody can confirm that?

I have added authorized user to my visa/mastercard account, neither of them
triggered a hard pull. So that sounds strange to me to have the problem.

在网上要被加人的ssn，如图，
还是我没找对地方？
还是这样给了ssn也不会hard?
