Can I use the points to buy air ticket at ANY airline or specified airline (
AA, etc) only?

一般都是转CO/UA，再去CO/UA网站换票，比较划算

$95 fees are waived.
Is this first year counted from the day I applied this card, or it will end
at Dec 31,2011? If the latter, I should have waited applying for the card on Jan
1st, 2012. :(
Anyone knows?
