刚刚关掉了，省得操心，本来也很少用。

发帖数: 2642 | 4 boa的规定后来改过。但是你申请时候如果说不收费，后来也一直没收费，那就不会
收费，不受后来修改的规定影响。
不过如果你不用boa的卡在国内取钱，留着boa确实没什么大用。
