不过citi真的对于6k到15k的变化没用任何方式的通知？？
很奇怪。。。

我觉得citi 不太厚道的地方是，当transfer你的account的时候，没有转到no fee的
account type. 很多人会因此charge fee。
我是收到信了，我们家有3个account，想关掉一个，他说你可以不用关掉，downgrade
就行，再看了一下我所有houshold link的account，他说你3个帐号加起来满足这个
balance要求就可以，我就没有关。

当到普通账户不就行了么
跟收年费的卡1刀送2点 和 免费的卡2刀送1点 （举个例子） 差不多的道理呀

Joe: Converting your account to the Basic Banking package will not change your account number or your card number.
