Yes, I am happy to inform you as long as you do not cancel your account, the
credit balance will stay on your account and keep a running credit balance
until your future charges spend it. If your account cancels, the credit
balance would automatically be refunded. Otherwise to get the credit
refunded back to you, you would need to request it.
If you would like to make the over payment online, it will ask you a
confirmation statement. It is something like " are you sure you want to over
pay by this amount your balance is only this or something like that.
Memajia, if you have any additional questions about over paying your balance
, please respond to this email. If you have a question about another issue,
please send us a new email via the Contact Us link in the lower left-hand
corner of your myAT&T account. Thank you for choosing AT&T; we appreciate

发帖数: 2609 | 8 嗯，也许我要说明，能overpay的是wireless部分，以前用homephone和U-verse的时候
，好像至少前者是不能overpay的，所以上面帖子说不能的也许是这个情况。Wireless
(Cellphone) overpay是一定可以的，我自己干过很多次了。

我打电话客服，她说只能refund回到原来的卡里。att的wireless。是各地情况不同还
是客服业务不行，或者现在不能要求refund check？
