Dear A(我) and B （我室友）,
Our records show that you have enrolled in our membership service multiple
times. Unfortunately, members are prohibited from enrolling in the same
service multiple times in a six (6) month period, as stated in our Terms of
Service.
Members may also not have more than one active membership in any of our
services at the same address, regardless of the names on the memberships,
therefore A's membership has been canceled effective 8-2-2012. You will
receive a separate email confirmation of your cancellation.
You will also receive a refund of $14 to the credit or debit card used for
the billing of your monthly membership fee. This credit represents a refund
of the current monthly membership fee.
Approved rebates for qualified purchases earned prior to the termination
date will be paid in accordance with the Terms of Service for The Cash Back
Network program. We will not however honor any further Monthly Bonus
requests effective immediately. Gift Card/Movie ticket orders placed prior
to the termination date will be processed in accordance with the Terms of
Service.

刚才室友回来说他的membership也被取消了，收到一封和我一模一样的信，只是正文里
的名字换成了他的。
真不知道到底为什么被关，如果是因为“enrolled in our membership service
multiple times”，我倒确实在4月左右因为shopper无法从我信用卡里扣钱被关了一回
，打电话说明后又给了我一个链接让我重新申请，但我室友没有这个问题啊。如果说是
一个地址多个会员的问题，我和室友都开了大半年了，一直没问题，我在shopper那个
Terms of Service里面也没找到关于一个地址不能有多个会员的条款。
我倒是还有个CS现在还活着。以前一直用和shopper不同的email和credit card买gc，
但昨天在两家买gc用的同一张卡，难道是这个原因？ | d*****e
