the argument is that Costco members can buy cash cards and give them to
friends or others who may not be costco members already, so they should be
able to use these cash cards even though they are not the members.
costco's policy on this is murky, so whether or not you are able to do this
is largely up to individual store.

发帖数: 12850 | 24 每年总要借给朋友那么一两次costco卡，尤其是感恩和圣诞或者回国前。知道这个窍门
了就可以直接转cash card给他们了，名正言顺，还不用担心membership卡上照片对不
上人。
