最近我的ATT family plan 被无故加了6条lines。
这6条lines，我全不认识。那段时间，我回了国。
ATT没有审核就让这6条加进来了，还因此charge了我1000+。
给ATT打电话，只给我 refund 600+。
实在是气愤不过，本来就是一学生，没什么钱。无故损失400+。
照理说，这个我没有任何责任呀。ATT审核不严，就让加入了
6条线。
请问大家，我要如何处理这种情况，怎样才能把钱追回。
可不可以取消掉这笔信用卡交易（付的1000+）。还没有过去一个月。
如果取消，会有什么后果？

No, the better way is to work with AT&T first. Do not do the dispute. Leave
it as the last resort as you may be closed by AT&T as a consequence.
I guess the biggest loser is AT&T since it lost 6 brand new phone (iphone5?)
. Since the update or add a line requires your last 4 digit of SSN or
passcode, I guess you leaked it someday somewhere. (I doubt this is a system
leakage. Otherwise, you won't be the only victim)
So you probably just call AT&T saying it is purely fraud and you are willing
to cooperate to investigate. But you shall not be hold responsible for the
cost. Talk to a supervisor and try more times.

发帖数: 2609 | 8 Right. This is also a good reason to request AT&T fully refund you.
It is easy to explain. With your SSN, he can do anything he like incluing
upgrading your family plan to a larger one that allows more lines. 750min is
up to 5 lines. but there are bigger family plans there.

如果你之前的ATT PLAN是代理店里给你开的，可能是通过那边被盗用了，例如那家店要
倒了，先用客人的资料开一批线拿一批免费电话然后就卷款逃跑。
你应该报警，然后再和ATT联系。当然，之后密切地留意你的信用报告看看还有没有其
它地方被盗用（例如用来开信用卡之类的）再跟进。 |

如有人盗用你信用卡，但是店家没有查签名或者id, 应该是店家的责任。 |

ATT的上限一般是10条线......
开11条线，也不是完全不可能，但是难度比较大

买的？
如果是网上买的，那么shipping address是什么？
如果是店里面买的，那么是哪一家店？ |

打电话给credit bureau加temporaray credit fraud alert (90 days)。
credit bureau会自动给你寄一份credit report。
