之前买Mac送了一张itune的gift card（非实体卡），价值100刀。自己平时不用，就在
ebay上甩卖，后来一个香港的买家拍下了。就把gift card的code发送了过去。然后就
从paypal收到了100刀的付款。暗自窃喜，第一次在ebay卖东西就这么顺利。
可是几个月之后，麻烦来了。付款方的信用卡公司接到持卡人的dispute claim，声称
该笔支付是未授权支付, 直接投诉到paypal，paypal启动了dispute程序。我按照要求
就把和买家的email交流发给了dispute center. 但是结果却大大出乎意料。付款方的
信用卡公司以该发货行为没有物理地址（physical address）为由，扣回了100刀的付
款。经过多次交涉，paypal声称对此也无可奈何，要求我支付100刀的付款。以下是
paypal给我的最新的邮件。请教大家，碰到这种情况怎么办？投诉到BBB或者其他救济
渠道？实在不想为100刀去打官司。。。
PS：以后大家在ebay上卖电子gift card要很小心，ebay对于物理方式寄送和电子方式
寄送有着严格的区分。

efforts, the buyer's credit card company decided in favor of the buyer.
Unfortunately, we do not control the outcome of the chargeback decision

decision of the issuing bank as final and legally binding for this type of
dispute.

BBB有用。paypal真是垃圾，我有次卖东西，买家都留了好评了。
过了一个月，那人的paypal估计被人盗了，跑去dispute, 说item not received.
我联系买家，买家肯定的说收到东西了，并且很满意.我把该positive feedback以及和
买家的通信发给paypal做证据，竟然还是被charge back了！！！我都无语了，本来也
没多少钱，贪便宜就没用dc.
最后，我实在咽不下这口气，去bbb file claim , 最后过了一个月paypal把钱退
给我了。我现在paypal账户的服务也没受丝毫影响。
