GC ($500), 一张普通visa GC（$200), 两张 mastercard ($50 each). 结果load 的
时候， 头两张卡通过了，mastercard 不行， cashier 就void了这个transaction.
结果悲剧了， Vanilla 的$500变成$0了。 找walmart, manager 说transaction void
了，funds release 了，打电话到Vanilla CS, CS 说walmart 已经charge了钱，没有
refund.
我该怎么办？ |

($500 is gone). 找walmart无数次，CSM 很不配合， 最后打印了transaction, 说
transaction 当时 void 了，funds release， 叫我找GC的银行要钱。 刚才打电话到
vanilla CS， CS 告诉我walmart没有refund. 她说如果我把vanilla gift card 当作
debit 卡用， void transaction will not release funds, walmart has to
manually refund me.
问题是walmart CSM很恶劣， 除了在电脑里找transaction, 证明void了， 不原意查任
何其他的信息。
大家帮出处主意, 下一步该怎么办？

发帖数: 118 | 11 Just file a dispute with Vanilla card. I have the same experience with
Metabank card - fill out some form, fax it in. They will deal with Walmart.
There is no need to reveal what the transaction is with Walmart, simple
state that transaction voided, but funds gone ... that is enough. |

给amex target充钱，由于小二操作失误，钱没load进去
找target说钱不能refund，因为是money load
最后是amex作为发卡商给我人工冲了等值的钱进去
过程也fax了个人证件和发票...

我连发票walmart都没给我，最后给我打印了一个void transaction。
