发帖数: 8496 | 6 yes, but it will usually cancel the GC if bought by AA cards. I was stupid
and call the travel GC phone, and they filed to another department(fraud
department) a request to reverse the cancellation. So the GC went through.
I have yet to use GC.
I saw people posted they just let it get canceled and still get the credits.
Another stupid thing with calling citi AA was when 3 years ago I applied 75K
miles AA card, no instant approval so I called the recon #, asking about
75K that csr knew nothing about, and she then said she needed to take 3000
off the cl of citi dividend in order to approve AA. I recall this earlier
this year when I re-use citi dividend to buy CVS vanilla, and cl is still $
7000, citi never returns it. And this year when I applied two AA card 2x50K
and still no instant. I don't bother to call. They will approve all cards
anyway and cl for two cards total =18K, but if you call recon, you might
need to give up something. |
