I plan to have my money saved as CD in the bank for one year. I probably
need the money before the CD matures. The cashier told me that it is ok that
I use this CD before it matures. I do not need to pay some penalty for this.
If this is true, the bank will lose money anyway if everyone put their
savings into CD (saving has much lower rate than CD) and withdraw money
from CD before it matures..
