而且現在 OD 已經不能信用卡買 GC 了，以前 5% everywhere 的 deal 已經不存在，
ink 用處不大。

只圖 5% 的 phone internet，還不如開 Cash+。一個季度 5% category 選上 PHONE
bill，然後預付一年的，後面還能換其他 category 用
