发帖数: 8496 | 3 Prepaid Reload is just something to add/reload value to a reloadable prepaid
debit card account, and bluebird is one of those prepaid debit card
accounts but with additional checking account-alike functions. And bluebird
recently (about 3 months ago) started to allow you to reload itself using
visa gift cards with PIN in Walmart. Visa gift cards can buy things (as
credit card), but are not reloadable. prepaid debit cards can buy things (
as debit card) and usually are reloadable. Prepaid Reload card cannot buy
anything. |
