一般的CS也不会知道以后要改成什么样，当然也不能给你说，万一说错了怎么办？
而且，CS靠得住，母猪能上树。
email更可靠些。这句：
10,000 miles toward Dividend Miles Preferred status when you spend $25,
000 or more in a calendar year
很可能以后要花够25000才给那1万miles了。

比如你飞了15k，账户里有30k，只有15k算作飞出来的。花25k后就成了25k算飞出来的。
