Okay, so this looks like a soft pull and it seems like you need to have the
account opened for at least 6 months otherwise they'll hit you with a $25
Early Closure Fee [pncmc.com]. You can also fund your account with a credit
card up to $2000. Perfect for meeting minimum spend. Chase card didn't get a
CA fee, but I would call up your CC company first and request your cash
advance limit be set to zero (that way it will automatically decline and you
won't incur a CA fee). Good way to getting closer to meet that $10k spend
for the Citi 100k miles offer.
