Timeline:
2/25(Wedn): Loaded 1K using chase credit card at my local Target store.
Register printed two receipts (probably many of you have known): one normal-
looking receipt but showing "NEW BAL: N/A", the other was the error message,
"This transaction can't go through right now...".
回来看online没有显示这笔load，注意到这个版和flyertalk上很多人报同样问题，所
以打算等待看看。希望要么这笔钱会被退回，要么最终出现在账户上。
两天后，那个load transaction已经在信用卡上posted了。
目前，还是即没有credit card上refund，也没有红鸟上显示这笔钱。To sum up, I
don't know where the 1K has gone.
我考虑的途径：
1. 继续等待。
2. dispute transaction with chase
3. 跟红鸟联系(看Flyertalk上说都是一群没什么权限的印度人）
4. 跟local Target联系。但是当时那个managers就试图void，没成功，不知道现在他
们还能做什么。
请问这个版上有跟我一样的，且通过自身努力解决了的吗？我了解有人24或者48小时后
账户就自动更新对了，但我显然不是那群Lucky的。
P.S. 我看到回帖中有人提到出现了load但又被reverse的情况，这个我也在flyertalk
里看到了。不过我明确一下，我的情况不同，红鸟账户上根本就没有任何activity (
neither load nor reverse)，就如同啥事都没发生过一样。但话说回来，估计原因都
是一样，都是他们的烂系统mess up了，还mess的千奇百怪。BTW，我在flyertalk上还
看过幸运的mess up，简单的是有人过了24-48hr就显示对了，有人再次load新钱然后就
显示对了。无论怎样，这些都是happy ending。俺们这个是还在倒霉中。。。 |

dispute的权利都没有。

300cc，没问题。后一笔单独50，用的cc，出现balance n/a，但是下面显示load了50，
cc收款50，但是同时出来一张小条子，说这笔交易没成功。因为之前fia load有时候也
被decline，我怀疑也有这种可能。小二让我保存两张条子，有问题去找他。回家查红
鸟，发现一个-50，两个50，fia pending50.目前没发现其他问题 |

人家就是查不到，商家也无法提供，但是商家说你买了东西，所以钱就不换给你了
这个根本不需要深层吧，这不应该是行业标准吗，消费者认为某笔消费有问题，信用卡
公司向商家要求消费记录，如果商家无法提供，那就是商家问题

第一个是Cash Reload Reversal -400，
第二个是Cash Reload +400，
也是有两个reciept，窄的那个客服很疑惑的看了好久，然后就撕掉没有给我，
今天钱也已经在信用卡里面post了
这样的话，不知道是不是很难dispute吧，红鸟可以说你load钱了，有签字又卡号后四
位。
问题就出在，红鸟会自动吃你的钱。
前面有个不就是没有load成功但是也是少了一部分钱 被红鸟吃掉了。

打电话给客服， 烙印接的， 说是调查， 两天后call我， 一个星期了， 没有人call 我

你dispute信用卡也没用吧，你dispute了信用卡只会把红鸟第二笔load进去的钱口走。
所以我的理解是第二笔钱其实是一个成功load。关键问题是第一个Cash Reload
Reversal,不知道是哪里来的

。你自己看看你发的贴子有多少人搞明白了你想说的了。
如果你是和他一个样，有一个reversal和一笔charge到了你的gc，那跟你第一次fail可
能没什么关系，是load失败了。而你一直在说你去load刷了下卡fail了，也没有
receipts，那大家自然以为你被charge了，这完全是两回事。这个reversal可能跟你没
有receipts那次一点关系都没有。

我逻辑的问题也许是有。他们判定我dispute失败是在商家也提供不了证据的情况下，
还是一味地in favor of merchants，是不是过分了，我那个帖子要说的就是这个，我
觉得这点我说的是清楚的。
难道你认为，商家提供不了你购买物品的证据，就说你在他那里买了东西，然后从你卡
里扣钱，信用卡公司调查后还是in favor of merchants，没有问题吗？

02/25/2015在target用staples reward debit card 冲了30,当时出了2张条
第一张条,"This transaction can't go through right now..."
第2张条,"NEW BAL: N/A"
没收到email说充值成功或者失败。登陆红鸟，没看到有这次充值的任何记录。
登陆到staples reward debit,钱被扣了，5天过去了也没返还,下面是debit card交易记

了。
你如果能把那天的步骤和细节说清楚，明白了，会对大家很有帮助。记住，小二要输后
四位数字，一定是要被 charge 的那张卡．

Second, there is nothing wrong to purchase gift card with credit card. No
credit card granter would prohibit you from doing so. Some (such as AMEX)
may claim you won't get rewards/miles to purchase "cash equivalent". However
, the reality is you will get anyway even if they know what you exactly
purchased.
To sum up, at this moment, don't worry about this. Focus on the solution. If
you feel uncomfortable with purchasing gc with cc or dispute, this MS game
might not be for you.

/25, Wednesday. You cause might be slightly different (though probably not
much).
BTW, dispute with Chase is pretty easy. Actually the CSR encouraged me to do
so and think I have enough evidence (receipt, redcard activity). But I
declined for now.
From swinder's post, look like the breakthrough happened within Redcard, not
Chase or Target.

Update: (still ongoing)
Decide to call today. Firstly, talked to Chase and was told there is a 60
day windows to file a dispute (it is not impossible to file if beyond 60
days. But I was told it is just very hard then). Decide to give AMEX several
days to solve this. I don't want to escalate the issue and catch
unnecessary attention.
Then called AMEX Redcard. Not surprising, the Indian representative has been
aware of similar issue. She recorded my load time and said she wrote an
email and that I shall expect a response within 24-48 hrs. But I have to
call again to receive the update.
Well, I hope they have spent time on other people's cases already so it won'
t take long to handle my case.
Will report again.

回来看online没有显示这笔load，注意到这个版和flyertalk上很多人报同样问题，所
以打算等待看看。希望要么这笔钱会被退回，要么最终出现在账户上。
两天后，那个load transaction已经在信用卡上posted了。
目前，还是即没有credit card上refund，也没有红鸟上显示这笔钱。To sum up, I
don't know where the 1K has gone.
我考虑的途径：
1. 继续等待。
2. dispute transaction with chase
3. 跟红鸟联系(看Flyertalk上说都是一群没什么权限的印度人）
4. 跟local Target联系。但是当时那个managers就试图void，没成功，不知道现在他
们还能做什么。
请问这个版上有跟我一样的，且通过自身努力解决了的吗？我了解有人24或者48小时后
账户就自动更新对了，但我显然不是那群Lucky的。
P.S. 我看到回帖中有人提到出现了load但又被reverse的情况，这个我也在flyertalk
里看到了。不过我明确一下，我的情况不同，红鸟账户上根本就没有任何activity (
neither load nor reverse)，就如同啥事都没发生过一样。但话说回来，估计原因都
是一样，都是他们的烂系统mess up了，还mess的千奇百怪。BTW，我在flyertalk上还
看过幸运的mess up，简单的是有人过了24-48hr就显示对了，有人再次load新钱然后就
显示对了。无论怎样，这些都是happy ending。俺们这个是还在倒霉中。。。 |

300cc，没问题。后一笔单独50，用的cc，出现balance n/a，但是下面显示load了50，
cc收款50，但是同时出来一张小条子，说这笔交易没成功。因为之前fia load有时候也
被decline，我怀疑也有这种可能。小二让我保存两张条子，有问题去找他。回家查红

你dispute信用卡也没用吧，你dispute了信用卡只会把红鸟第二笔load进去的钱口走。
所以我的理解是第二笔钱其实是一个成功load。关键问题是第一个Cash Reload
Reversal,不知道是哪里来的

难道你认为，商家提供不了你购买物品的证据，就说你在他那里买了东西，然后从你卡
里扣钱，信用卡公司调查后还是in favor of merchants，没有问题吗？

Second, there is nothing wrong to purchase gift card with credit card. No
credit card granter would prohibit you from doing so. Some (such as AMEX)
may claim you won't get rewards/miles to purchase "cash equivalent". However
, the reality is you will get anyway even if they know what you exactly
purchased.
To sum up, at this moment, don't worry about this. Focus on the solution. If
you feel uncomfortable with purchasing gc with cc or dispute, this MS game
might not be for you.

/25, Wednesday. You cause might be slightly different (though probably not
much).
BTW, dispute with Chase is pretty easy. Actually the CSR encouraged me to do
so and think I have enough evidence (receipt, redcard activity). But I
declined for now.
From swinder's post, look like the breakthrough happened within Redcard, not
Chase or Target.

发现只有第二笔成功冲上
查receipt，第一笔写了charge 的额度，但是下面red card balance后面是N/A
第二笔正常冲上的就是后面red card balance有正确的显示。
准备拿receipt找red card死磕了。

让我等10天，10天后有让等3-7天， 7天后说missing fund issuing in 3 business
days. 3 天后还是什么都没有， 打电话，这次是老美接的，一查，啥dispute 都没有
，空有个case #.老美说我给你file dispute and transfer to dispute dept.
dispute dept 接电话的又是烙印，他说知道了，你等2天会收到 电邮的dispute form.
又是2天过去了，现在连个dispute form我都没收到。
真正体会到满嘴说谎的烙印，都说得好听，故事大王。我信用卡要due 了，直接

sustainable way rather than escalating. I am confident they will eventually
do it right (since they can do "half right" as of now), but the waiting is
killing people.
P.S. I offered several times to fax my receipts and other documents to them

3/5 晚load失败，一大一小两张条，大的balance N/A，小的说sorry，please call
3/10 CC信用卡posted， called RB to dispute，decline RB request to dispute CC
, provided receipt#, 10 day rule
3/13 followup call，confirmed the case still visible and reconfirmed receipt#
3/20 received 红鸟 email and amount manually added, case closed
During the phone call, it was clear that RB was aware of this system problem
. Be patient and be on the point. They might just have large volume to

如果超过10天都没refund，我觉得红鸟自己也不知道钱到底在哪里。他查不出来了。
