transactions, some people say he does not have the necessary load
transaction and other people think he does not have the necessary withdrawal
transaction within 90 days.
I think the safest thing you can do is: schedule ACH transfers in your
external bank account to automatically push $5 into your debit card account
and then automatically pull $5 out of your debit card account every 2 months
. This will generate the needed load or withdrawal activities.

须要一个load activity，他的最后一个load activity是4月8日，到7月8日，也超过了
90天。所以保险起见，最好90天内有一个load和一个withdrawal （ACH push and pull

activity在4月8日，到7月8日正好90天过了收钱。
