We are writing to let you know that My Credit Score and Report will no
longer be available to Card Members effective October 31, 2015. This means
that you will no longer be able to request access to this benefit after
September 30, 2015. As we discontinue this benefit, we would like to take
this opportunity to share with you what you can expect.
What is changing?
Because we are discontinuing this benefit, no access requests will be
accepted after September 30, 2015. A few important points to note:
•
If you have accessed My Credit Score and Report after September 30, 2014
through August 31, 2015, you will not be eligible to receive another credit
report and PLUS Score® using this benefit.
•
If you are eligible to request access to My Credit Score and Report in
September, you will receive, as you have previously, an email with
instructions on how to access this benefit for one last 30 day period.
How can I continue to access credit reports
and scores?
If you would like to see your credit report, you can get your credit report
from each of the three Major Bureaus (Experian, Equifax and TransUnion) for
free once every 12 months. To obtain your free credit report from these
bureaus, visit annualcreditreport.com.
Basic Card Members now have access to their FICO® Score at
americanexpress.com. Please log in to your American Express online account
to access this feature. |
