申请过就不行，之前申请的时候没听说要18个月内，浪费了一个hard pull不说，蓝宝
石也没法跳。算是搞信用卡来最大的一次失误。也许是自己考古不周，也许是这个破卡
churn的人不多，反正提醒一下大家吧 |

used to be so. Sounds like Citi fixed that bug

those days are long gone
