CSR报销范围更广，但是Prestige可以报销机票，基本上没有问题了，Ritz的才叫差，
要自己要求才处理，而且只报销有限的几种杂费。
其它福利就是相当。
唯一秒杀prestige的是开卡点数，这个是一次性的。
