it's the same procedure as bluebird, just google it
basically you tell cashier how much you want to load (max $1,000), then
before you swipe each vgc (max 3) let the cashier know how much you have on

load,或者自助load，并且没有手续费。然后这个green dot 卡还可以在walmart 买
