the CSR was nice to transfer my call and got 7k starpoints after $1000
spending within 3 months. I was also offered another option - $70 credit
after $2000 spending within 3 months. Looks Amex does not value points.
For Plat, got $300 loyalty credit, without spending requirement.
only put minimum spending on both cards, except for utilizing amex offer 2

发帖数: 977 | 5 LD called to ask for retention offer, and was given two choices: 1) $75
credit now plus another $75 after $1500 spending, 2) 5k UR points now plus
enough 15K points after $2000 spending. Did not take any of them. Will call
another time, to see if there is better offer.
