Where can I find cheap grocery stores (meat, vegi, etc.) in Montreal? Do I have to go to China town for Chinese groceries? Any good Chinese stores in Montreal? Any good place for shopping?
By the way, I will live near the Loyola campus of Concordia. Please suggest some places nearby.

Super C, PA, Loblaw Maxi, Metro etc...
there is a Super C and a Loblaw near Loyola

Most Chinese stores are in China town. There are not very good, but sometime n

There are also some Chinese stores scatterd in area such as N.D.G. or Verdun o

some Chinese vegetables and oriental seasonings, other than
these, big franchise chain stores offer way better deals, i.e.,
fresher meats and fruits....

But still need to go every two weeks or so. Chinese cann't live without Chinese
food :)
