Metal bass seems to be always simple, always stick to the root notes. Red Hot
Chili Peppers' bass is so great. So is the bass in "U ought to know". Many UK
bands' bass stuff are good too, like the Cure.
Do you know what's the purpose of bass effector?

for now.
i'm playing some chinese stuff, zhangling's and heibao. because i have
to sing at the same time i can't do too much work on bass part.
i won't buy and effect for bass, too fancy and useless. i'm buying
an SWR workingman 12, that should be enough. fucking $450 for a new
one, cheapest i can find. but man i tried it today and i can't go
back to the cheap ones now.
my next move would be a line 6 amp, i'm ready to dump my effe
