I think that would be a great hire. Given Magee's sucessful track record in
running spread options, he will be a perfect fit here in Urban Meyer's
system.
Last time we tried to hire a coordinator laterally, Ole Miss' Def.
Coordinator Tyrone Nix turned down on us because Meyer couldn't allow him to
take the full control of the entire defense coaching staff. Not sure if
Magee will have the same request.
Since Magee has never coached QBs before, and aside from Scot Loeffler who
is our current QB coach, only our TE coach Brian White has been QB coach
before. Meyer still need to keep Addazio to run OL so his job is safe; RB
coach Stan Drayton is the best recruiter Meyer has so he is good too. WR
coach Zack Azzanni just help installed the no-huddle offense for Meyer and
was Meyer's GA back in Bowling Green days. It seems that either Loeffler or
White has to go to make room for Magee.
My guess of 2011 Gators offense coaches:
OC/Ass. Head Coach/TE -- Calvin Magee
OL/Ass. Head Coach -- Steve Addazio
QB -- Scot Loeffler or Brian White
RB -- Stan Drayton
WR -- Zack Azzanni

Oregon is like 2.5.
BTW his play calling is so predictable.

发帖数: 11017 | 12 RR在WVU的时候基本上是Pat White和Steve Slaton的zone read二人转；到了MICHIGAN
以后，尤其是今年有了D.Robinson以后，显然传球PLAY增加不少。我别的比赛没咋看，
对ILLINOIS的那场篮球比赛从头看到尾，好几个PLAY相当惊艳。你们WR的routes跑的也
很好。真没看出来AUB和ORE除了no-huddle以外，比RR的版本强在哪里？

i call Auburn an updated version because they add a lot of pre snap motion
in their offense to confuse defense.
Oregon on the otherhand, their OL is way too creative. They practically
start to not just draw their GUARD but their TACKLE!!!! That OL is not
traditional OL we are talking about. They are buuch of FBs...hehe
R2, fully used potential of DR as a good runner and a relatively good passer
. for that I give him a lot of credit. He also bring 2 TE formation very
creatively.
Boring is basically the whole idea of the offense is showed in first 2 games
. After that everything is repeat itself, there is nothing new through out
the entire year. You see same offense play MSU, then play OSU. That is not
good. You always make something up for some of your special friends. Yet R2
fail to realize the importance of rivals and prepare it as just another game.
We have some good RBs, not as good as slaton, but still solid. Were R2 add
some run triple option into it, our run game will be much harder to stop.
For that I pity this wood head.

很有创意。大概是因为有时差，我好像从来没看过OREGON的整场比赛过。。。
