"Tressel is a proven liar and cheat, the NCAA has egg all over their face
for the way they handled this situation in the first place (in their
pampering of OSU considering they allowed these criminals to play in the
Bowl game and then slap their wrist in the 5 game suspension next year).
This is is disgrace to the NCAA and OSU. Tressel and his criminals should be
suspended for the entire year without question and forfeit the Bowl trophy.
Shame on the NCAA for the way they handled this entire ordeal."
"Desmond Bryant was suspended for almost an entire season for lying to the NCAA about having lunch with Deon Sanders. I think Tressel's violations rise far above that. If justice is served (I know, we're talking NCAA here), Tressel should be gone for a year."
"During Tuesday night’s news conference, Tressel said, “I don’t think less of myself at this moment. I felt at the time as if I was doing the right thing for the safety of the young people and the overall situation.”
What a crock of $hit! His only concern was for himself and for his football program winning games. If you believe this @#$% then you probably believe that Pete Carroll knew nothing about the shady dealings at USC and that his move to the Seahawks was merely a coincidence."
