Miami (FL) and PSU. He's probaby better than many of the 4 stars we have.
Even for star rating. He's a 4 star on 247 and rivals. He ranks within scott
top 300, actually the highest ranked 3 star right now. Scout will expand 4
star to their top 300 every year. So he's a lock to be 4 star on scout as
well.

other things like offers and combine performance. For Wayne Morgan, his
scout rating is more like an outlier. BTW, he was also invited to Army All
America game.

rate of success. So I'd prefer we have class filled with 4-5 star players.
the wayne kid is a 4 star player on almost all sites other than scout, but
he is in 300 so almost a lock 4 star once update come.
but yeah, we need more 5 star players, top tier talent to be great.
if you look at Carr's era. 2003 if we beat USC then we share national title(
AP if i didn't remember wrong). 2006 we are one game away from National
title game. Damn for that i pity that liar in columbus. he ruined our first
decade of 21 century.
