SOS is not hyped, it's computer coded. Sagarin's SOS ranking is the one used
in the old BCS computer ranking.
pac-12 teams on average played strong OCC opponents and 9 conference games.
that's why their SOS on average is higher

第三，所以这个SOS排名还是很Popular的。
