Optics and Photonics Symposium in Nankai University 2017 (OPS-NKU2017) will
be held from Oct. 20 to Oct. 22, 2017 in Nankai University, Tianjin, China.
This conference is sponsored and organized by the Key Laboratory of Weak
Light Nonlinear Photonics, Ministry of Education and School of Physics of
Nankai University. The symposium will invite world-renowned scientists,
engineers and technicians, and young talents in the field of optics and
photonics to discuss the academic frontier and technical problems, with a
purpose to promote both the domestic and the international academic
exchanges and research cooperation in Optics and photonics, especially to
activate the academic activities and atmosphere within Nankai University.
The symposium will surely be beneficial to further promote the development
of optics and photonics related disciplines in Nankai University.
The main topics of the symposium include, but not limited to the following
aspects:
1.Nonlinear optics
2.Quantum optics
3.Optical field manipulation and applications
4.Nanophotonics
5.Optic and photonic materials and their applications
6.Optical information processing
The official language of the symposium is English.

Symposium Dates: October 20-22, 2017 (Oct. 20 is the registration day)
No registration fee is charged for this symposium. The transportation,
catering and accommodation expenses shall be paid by the participants
themself, and the catering and accommodation will be arranged by the
organizer of the symposium.
