。有问题的时候比如果蝇sick了,不动了。用video taping来分析是更好的办法。有果
蝇的EEG分析就最好了,但是需要工程学的人来搞才行。
虽然不完美,但是果蝇的遗传工具实在是太powerful了,不用可惜。个人觉得要希望
sleep homeostasis的分子机制有大的根本的突破,果蝇应该打前锋。有钱人当然也可
以用老鼠来做。去看看American Sleep Association的年会就知道sleep的基础研究实
在太烂了。这么重要的问题这么长时间了没有什么根本的突破。需要在模式生物上有根
本的改变才行。

that 97% of rest bouts last 5 min or more, with the majority of these bouts
