说是超速24迈，虽然后来我觉得是超了，
可是觉得不会那么多。
所以想plea not guilty.
要是去上庭的话，我应该什么策略呢？
如果警察不去的话，是不是我什么都不用说，直接被dismiss?
如果警察去了呢？我是应该直接认了算了，还是跟他争一下，
说我没有超24迈那么多？胜算大么？
还有，新泽西警察不出庭的概率大不大呀？
正在犹豫要不要去出庭，因为虽然不想认罚，但毕竟有些理亏，
底气不足（以前在加州被抓过一次，
不过底气太足了，明显我就没有超，所以写信去argue掉了）

了， 这钱拿的容易，傻瓜才不去呢。。比去街上巡逻加班强多了。。以前不算加班，

Come on. you are not facing immediate jail time, loss of license or
thousand dollars fines.
Besides, he has already given you free but very valuable advices...that is
all you need and if you retain a lawyer, that is what you will get, if not
less.
Given those information, there is really not much to gain, at this point now.

我没打过官司, 不过看NJguy的说法, 打赢这个官司的希望还是挺大的.
关键就是要熟悉NJ的交通法规, 知道哪些是警察的死点.

再问一下，像楼主这个case，如果警察有任何一条证据提供不出来，理论上整个case都
可以drop掉，楼主完胜。那有没有可能法官会折中考虑把楼主点数／罚款降低？

如果你去法庭，检察官一般会给你免2点，这样你就剩下2点了，然后你付ticket和
court fee。 你的保险不会因为2点涨很多的，很少，甚至不涨。
如果检察官不给你免2点，到时候，你再跟他们打官司不迟。回来之后，别忘了给大家
汇报一声。

是不用出庭的。你先打电话去Plead NOT GUILTY，同时预约开庭日期。到时如期出庭
，法官会说许多废话，只是当叫到你的名字时说not guilty 就行。然后在外面排队等
另外的一个法官。他会减少你的超速，如果你同意，就等回到法庭拿纸条交钱。我上次
限速50开73，最后结果是说我开60，同意，交罚款95。省了100多。由于我是纽约驾照
，也没有记点。驾驶记录上也没有任何记录。法官告诉我们，纽约州一般不去他们那儿
CLAIM点数。如果是NEW JERSEY 驾照，不知道会怎样。有律师的好处是，能不用排队，
优先处理。 |
