speicial is needed. however wearing hiking boots or trail shoes with
ankle support, and a wicking t-shirt can greatly improve the overall
experience. and if possible a small waist bag instead of backpack
for even better ventilation on the back.
other things you may want: sunglasses, a hat, sunblock if girl.
