标 题: 为什么很多人选择住在Queens而不是NJ的JFK Blvd East沿线?

不知道这个帖子更适合发在NY版还是NJ版,所以发一个转一个,见谅。
我在中城工作,在Newport住了一年,觉得贵了些,准备搬,最近看中了北面Weehawken
, West New York, North Bergen这一带靠近JFK Blvd East这一线的房子。Craiglist
上基本上1br的在1200以下,2br的在1300左右,普遍是包括水和暖气,不包括电。感觉
挺不错的,但同时又产生了一个问题 -- 为什么更多的人没有选择住在这里,而是住在
了Queens?
我把两者进行了简单的对比 --
安全考量。我去看了几次,至少目前为止,我没发现Blvd East一带有什么不安全的。
Queens不清楚,估计也安全,否则不会那么多人住。

and I took bus once to the City from JFK Blvd East, it looks really close to NYC from the map and there're so manny bus lines, but the traffic is like hell before you get into the tunnel.
