为什么好多人在那里买房呢？
上私立？？
北边有啥好地方可以买房一步到位

北泽西最大的老印社区就在这）
老印老中多的地区，学区自然也会被抬上去。 |

bus or train, many activities for kids. It's not that much more expensive
than Parsippany or Randolph.

to door commute from Ridgewood to NYC is around 1 hour and 10 mins.
If I work in midtown, I'd transfer at Secaucus. It's really a quick transfer, actually quicker than taking Path from Hoboken to WTC.

VERY strong academic and athletic reputations.
EXTREMELY small inventory of properties. those under 600k-700K, certainly
are not so desirable in quality. A decent 4 bed, 2 car runs about 900K, at
least.
Has the best quality of life among NJ's BEST school districts.
