发帖数: 105 | 17 First of all, it is tough to get in these private school, especially
Lawrenceville (boarding). You probably have to be prince or princess
somewhere.
But that being said, the most important factor is the college counselor and
recommendations. There is no way to compare private school to public school
on these most important factors in the college admission process.
In public school you have 1 counselor vs. 400 students, while in private you
have couple of vs. 100, plus the alumni.
This is not fair game, but once in college it will be fair game, I believe
public school kid have enormous advantage because they were not spoiled like
those private school kid. |
