North Bergen is a city in Hudson County, New Jersey. It has nothing to do
with Bergen County, New Jersey (this one is hard for anyone who is not a
Bergen County resident)
吉林is a city in a province called吉林。
New York is a city in a state called New York
Washington is the ONLY city in a special province called the District of
