if you are a Very GOOD doctor in TX or WA, you stay put and you remain a
Very GOOD doctor in TX, or WA. More or less that's the way it is.
But, a Very GOOD doctor in tri-state area, has access to some of the
wealthiest patients in the world (Manhattan and other ultra wealthy enclaves
nearby). These patients demand the best of the best in terms of medical
care and they don't let health insurance companies fool around with their
own decisions. this is the so called pay-by-cash health care and it's very
expensive.
as a result, a Very GOOD doctor in tri-state area will, SOONER OR LATER,
join the pay-by-cash community (in medical sense) and will NOT be available
to you or me.
Now you tell me, what's left in hospitals and clinics here?
