We are planning to move out of the current apartment, because we will buy a
house recently.
The apartment is located in a nice, safe and clean neighborhood in Kearny,
NJ. It is just 2 minutes to a big grocery store and laundromat. 1 minute to
the public transportation to Newark. 5 minutes to the public transportation
to New York. 5 minutes drive to NJ Harrison Path.
It is a two-bedroom apartment with a living room, a bathroom, and a kitchen.
It would be perfect for a couple and would be also good for 2-3 persons to
share.
The rent is $925 + utility. (one month deposit is desirable)
