assault charges, acting Police Director Joseph Juniak yesterday demanded
Mayor Tony Mack fire Sigmund.
Sigmund, the city’s deputy mayor and second in command under Mack, was
arrested with 10 packets of heroin Monday morning after trying to fight off
three police officers, authorities said. Two of the officers sustained
injuries.
