Anyone stay in the city and wants to sweat a little?
Join me ride some beginner mountain bike trails tomorrow.
Looks like it's going to be a beautiful summer day.

Place/Time to meet:
210th st/67th Av, Queens. (trail head). 12pm, July 2nd 12:00pm.
Make sure you have the helmet, and bring plenty of water, bars..etc.
